Exciting News!
I wanted to take a moment and share with you what I am doing for the next year. In August I moved to Norhtwest Arkansas to attend the Cross Church School of Ministry. The CCSM is a one yearr ministry residency where I gain “on the job” ministry experience, the opportunity to earn academic credit, and travel the globe on mission trips.
The School of Ministry has been preparing me for vocational work in the Church in incredible ways. I’ve been working with a couple of ministries here at the church - our discipleship ministry here, helping write curriculum and devotionals for the church, and our young adult ministry, ministering the large population of young professionals here in NWA, and especially here in Rogers/Bentonville at our Pinnacle Hills Campus. I will also receive course credit towards my seminary degree.
Additionally, we will be taking mission trips in this year. This past fall, we went to Longmont, CO - where we worked with Connection Church. This upcoming year, we will be traveling to New Orleans, LA, and another opportunity to work with the Church internationally. Getting to see the Lord work in these places has truly been a blessing to me, and getting to help in any capacity during these short term trips has shown me the beauty of the Kingdom more and more.
