Hi there! Thank you so much for visiting my mission's support page! I have had the amazing opportunity to be a resident with the School of Ministry at Cross Church in Northwest Arkansas since August 2019. This is a year-long journey where I get to learn the in's and out's of vocational ministry in a specific area, which happens to be in the Español ministry! I am a co-leader for our ESP Youth small group, which has been so growing and full of fun! The SOM residents also get to serve on three different mission trips; one international and two here in the US.
In October, I was picked to be a part of the Peru trip! Our group traveled to Iquitos, Peru, where we served with Codigo de Cambio Church. Our week was filled with several teaching and preaching opportunities at their church and community outreach events, as well as VBS and bible storying in the Amazonian river village of San Huashalado. God really tugged on my heart for the people of Iquitos and reminded of how much I want to pursue my call as a missionary in the future. In December, I took my second trip of the school year to Phoenix, AZ to serve with Living Stone Community Church. There, we worked alongside their serve team and got to love on their great leaders who are really pouring into this church plant. Both trips were dynamic opportunities that grew me in my knowledge of ministry and missions.
Going into the new year, I am so excited for the next, but last of the mission trips. I'd love if you joined me in prayer for our time Chicago, Illinois. I also would be so thankful for your prayers for the rest of the School of Ministry year, as I know that God has prepared so many ways that NWA and the world will be reached for Jesus Christ. Along with your prayers, I'd also like to ask for your help through financial support gifts. In order to cover the costs of all three trips, I need to raise $5,000. As of January, God has blessed me with $3,000! Any amount that you are able to give helps in a HUGE way, so thank you in advance. God bless you and I can't wait to share with you the rest of the story!
